I would also suggest brow ridge implants for him but he looks young and brow ridge is like the last bone that grows

That's so non important tho lol, and autistic asf. I estimate 10mm down, hard to say about projection, can you calc his gonial angle, and give him 6mm chin projection, estimating his mandible length 90mm (it looks very short)
