great base I would say hydrocortisone on the nose to slim it, oil free acne face wash after so you don't break out, Herbst appliance, isotretinoin (accutane), I would say mainly focus on your eyes, everything else is very good except for maybe chin projection but you have a kind of pretty boy look so it's fine. keep your hair this length. and focus on your eye bags. You have an amazing base so don't see this as me insulting you just giving you tips of what you can work on and use to your advantage.

where I came in with Herbst appliance it extends the lower jaw also any need can be seen as a pretty boy look it just depends on how you look at it eyes are his worst factor nothing more maybe jaw but not too crazy.
