It's honestly not a bad starting point, your lower 3rd is strongest, full lips, decent jaw/chin development, no noticable over/underbite. Your submental region is poor, this can be altered with diet in some cases, especially if you drink a lot of acidic beverages/eat spicy food. Side profile is probably about average, your slight nose bridge and superciliary arch overdevelopment might make it slightly below average tho. Your eye area is very poor, your canthal tilt is really unideal. This can't be fixed without surgery. Focus more on sleep and water consumption. This will make your eyes appear less puffy/red and increase your ability to look more awake. Widening your neck would likely help more as well, but through puberty it can be suboptimal from a longterm physiological standpoint to do neck specific exercise. Generally lifting weights and targetting traps will help.
