I agree. Although I don't much sodium or carbs but still i look bloated. It maybe because of my submandibular and parotid gland swelling. Also what to do about lips?

What body fat are you? If you lose weight it might make your lips look less narrow because your face will be slimmer. And you could try lip widening exercises but idk if they work.
