He's right this forum won't help you at all. What makes most people look bad is a horrible lifestyle. Eat healthy, sleep well, get sunlight. If you want to learn more about optimizing your looks learn about macro and micronutrients and make sure to eat enough of them daily. Your eye area will be fixed with more sleep. Looks are just health indicators.
