Im looking down at my phone in these heres my eye area my eyebrows are more low set now due to me perma intentionally lowering them also a bad pic i dont take many pics of myselfopen your eyes son

Don’t forget the rear delt flys and the lat raises, front delts really don’t matter tbhlots of potential. Exercise 3 times a week. Heres Epstein's routine ->
Exercise Routine
Each exercise is simply 2 sets.
The reps should be in the 12-15 range.
This is only done 3x per week.
THE ROUTINE:
It includes the following:
Push-ups to start (20).
1-Bench Press
2-Tricep Pushdowns
3-Lat Pulldowns
4-Bicep Curls
5-Leg Extensions
6-Leg Press
7-Shoulder Press
That's it.
