looks like cheek and full jawwhat implants did he get
Don't know if you're being serious ... he looks completely boggedlooks quite good if you ignore the roblox man face
vermicel what do you like for gonians and cheek? implants or filler? if filler what do you think should be the ideal approach?Don't know if you're being serious ... he looks completely bogged
Way too much height for his lower jaw. Same with his chin, to a lesser extent.
I guess he's had submalar implants on top of malar. Anyway, too much volume for a man, and the curve/hollowness sits too low on the cheek.
It looks unnatural.
The filler in his lips doesn't help either.
This guy is probably a weirdo.
With a reduced mandible & chin, and higher set cheekbones :

Edit : ok, I reread your post and got what you meant. Still, it's hard to separate the "roblox face" from the implants' results, as the latter caused the former. To me, that's a full blown failure due to awful tastes and/or poor planning. Maybe it would "look quite good" if the volume had been kept within the bounds of a normal male face, and if submalar implants had been entirely discarded.
they are lower than stomion? or am i stupid?Looks shit
Gonions should be slightly or moderately lower than the stomion
yeah but slightly not to the extent that retard made histhey are lower than stomion? or am i stupid?
they’re valid the racepill is hard thoView attachment 4702177View attachment 4702176

Based on the results I've been exposed to so far, definitely fillers for the gonions.vermicel what do you like for gonians and cheek? implants or filler? if filler what do you think should be the ideal approach?
Crazy if a surgeon thought it was a result worth being publicly advertiseddoc didnt seem to specify in any posts
Wow looks greatBased on the results I've been exposed to so far, definitely fillers for the gonions.
Nothing for the lower cheek area.
And it depends on your existing bone structure & soft tissues for the higher cheek area ; it seems really hard to get it right, regardless of the method.
As a man, you want a mix of fullness and definition that looks appropriate, but most patients end up looking either like bloated messes or with little to no significant improvement in angularity.
I guess implants can look good at first on a 3D skeletal scan, yet ultimately off because of the interaction with soft tissues.
With fillers, I assume it's better to proceed by increments ; starting off with a conservative/moderate amount, even if that might deliver an underwhelming result ; and then adjusting the amount & placement during subsequent injections. Fillers are obviously more flexible and easier to correct as you go along. The downsides are always the upkeep and dependency on a skilled injector.
If you already have a decent bone structure, just fine tune the soft tissues with dermal fillers. Malar implants are only relevant if you actually lack the underlying bone structure, otherwise it takes little for them to stick out and look unnatural.
In your personal case, I guess fillers would be more suitable, as you already have well developed cheekbones. You might not even benefit from anything done to this area, once swelling has subsided from your recent bucal fat removal & bimax.
While I'm at it, here's a corrected morph with higher gonions (taking into account @yussimania 's criticism), reduced lip fillers, and reduced cheekbones :

If implants had achieved the result on the right, my reaction would definitely be positive. However, I can't remember seeing implant results that looked this good. Maybe there's a fundamental limitation with current techniques and planning.

implants always seem to look bad to me when they try to lower gonions a lot going for a more conservative approach for vertical height and and less conservative for width would help many peopleBased on the results I've been exposed to so far, definitely fillers for the gonions.
