Looks alright but the underlying issue is jaw recession, his body compensated for the gap between the upper and lower teeth by making the lower teeth erupt at a proclined angle (labioversion). This makes the chin look even more set-back.

You can see how the lower lip contour of the mentolabial fold bends forward a lot, that's due to the labioversion.

BSSO after decompensation would be ideal but this is a minor improvement too

Did he get a chin implant or smth? Still kinda looking chincel tier with that jaw + chin. Also very low dimoprhic face, needs to gymcel asap and raise T levels naturally.
