Doubt. I've never actually seen a PSL 7 male or female in my life. Unless you live in some major city its not like there's a pool of legit model-tier people to pick from.

I live in a major metropolitan area and if I got to a major city that I love close by I see psl 7s at least a few times in a single day

Probably tbh I think location does make a huge difference
