He drinks alcohol, smokes weed, eats pasta, trains way too hard in the gym (cardio) like a tool, used/uses steroids + HGH, high stress, barely gets sleep etc.
If he just ate meat, trained sustainably, didn’t drink or do drugs, got 8-10 hours of sleep etc. He’d look wayyy younger.
