Dude wtf are you on. If you do save LL, even 20 years ago internally in a first world country your bones will be the same after consolidation.
LL is no more or less dangerous then breaking your leg. Tom cruise did that before.
Absolutly retarded if you think your bones will be unstable LONGTERM after LL.
Problem with LL is non muscle soft tissues. Reason why its best to just do LL like 3-4 times but limit it to 6cm on femur and 4cm tibia each.
You can even reach up to 20cm that way and i promise you you will be virtually the same long term.

This is the biggest cope with no basis.
You dont double your leg size.
At most it gets increased by like 25% per bone if you do it twice.
Look at any before afters. Most often they look better.
The distinction between tall and short people is often their Leg size.

Its often real cope.
If you are one in a 1000 who has a problem with it you can always get humerus lengthening for 10cm at 40-50k. Wingspan increased by 10cm and you are good to go but then again this is not necessary.

I was just under the impression bone generated by osteogenesis was weaker but after looking at studies I guess it returns to near indistinguishable strength in both bone density and muscle after a year or two. If only I was rich and I didnt have a family full of brothers that would call me a faggot for getting LL
