Just trying to cope tbh, but I hit puberty kinda late - my dad has pretty good forward growth (lowkey borderline henry cavill in some pics) and my mom has a fairly masculine face.

Physical degeneration is a complicated topic. Basically, the idea is that subchad humans become more degenerated with each generation, as if the genes themselves degrade (even though the genes are the same). There's some work on that topic, people usually bring up Weston A. Price.
