I gained fat cause I was travelling and was cortisolmaxxed but I’m back to this. Gonna post results when lean.

Morning - 3.8fat milk 700kcals

Evening - 6 eggs cooked on butter 600kcals

night - cooked salmon 300g 650kcals

High protein animal based and good for keeping gymcel gains imo

Blackberries are probably your best bet for micronutrients per calorie.

I have 225grams mixed with 500 grams of 0.3% yoghurt everyday and thats like 400 calories total.

Tomatoes are also great for nutrients per calorie
