Both the cheese and fat have a good amount of nutrients like vitamin k2 with healthy fat

Not everybody has money to eat amounts of nutritious foods + sometimes you need a meal to reduce stress / feed you
Because it's clean (no PUFA) it's alright
it would probably taste good, and add to the rice and beef, but too much would be a failo

You shouldn't worry about the Saturated Fat (the thing found in milk), PUFA (Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids) are the cancer and you should avoid them like the plauge
