Thought there are studys about how stressing the bone might let them grow when the growth plates are still open

bone growth can mean alot of things tbh
not necessarily increasing your overall upper body width
maybe you can induce some kind of growth like with chewing but I doubt you'd be able to make any kind of meaningful difference on clavicle width, at 16 especially
