I'd just perma mew and hope it's not a cope (as I said I got like 1.5-2psl points between 17-19, surely not entirely coincidental as I now look nothing like my parents). Idk how much chewing works, it's just muscle really, Im bored to commit to it because I know that once I stop being able to do it for x,y reason (maybe vacation/I forget to buy gum), I will just go back to earlier eventually. I only did it for 1month tho.

I don't know how to off-set the recession. I am admittedly not an expert when it comes to braces, dental care etc, but I do know that braces during the fundamental points of puberty which is between 12 and 16 as a boy, is not good for mandibular and maxillary development
