What can i improve?

Nah. Beard looks worse on me. I think i would be a good lip lift candidate?
 
Botox to masseters and fillers to the chin corners. Also narrow mouth brings you down a lot.

i don't know if that even exists

fixing lip failos (or any soft tissue one) is difficult

I myself would benefit from more lip width
