Around 17 inches but I depends on your overall frame and size. Work on compound movements and maybe do direct neck work. Watch Jeff Nippards vid on it

I get a cringey feeling whenever users try to compare themselves to chads to try and justify their faces. But to answer your question on top your lower face is alright, chin could be better projected and infraorbitals could be more projected as well. Nose is a bit upturned which is unideal.

Lips, ramus, and general jaw shape is decently good however.
