He has good zygos but skin quality is cope tbh. Most models have average or even bad skin. They are wearing plenty of makeup on runways and shoots, which actually reduces their skin quality. It's something scouts would overlook unless they have moon craters and volcano-erupting cysts.

I do not think so. Skin quality is a huge indicator of genetic quality. Very few people have smooth even toned skin. All the male models I know do have that type of skin, never seen a model with real acne, rosacea, dandruff or whatever
