shave facial hair (even though ur philtrum is long af u just dont have enough test to grow out a thick mustache) , minoxidil for eyebrows. get more sleep. change hairstyle and take better care. improve skin quality (tret or tazoretene), get tan.

I cant see ur body but i would start working out. frame is so important

Bc I have 3c and I have no clue how to take care of it or what haircut to get and I had to cut all of my hair off bc it was really damaged

2 weeks in the gym, last time i measured 18 inch bidelt (48cm) i think that's like horrible

I dont do anything extravagant, just hella water, i also swim alot so hella chlorine and salt gets into it yet its not damaged
I just soak it, shampoo every 2 washes, use a conditioner that i leave for 10 mins then
Rinse and air dry, nothing else
If u prioritize definition over volume do finger coils with a leave in in ur hand and use diffuser
I dont do any finger coiling or leave in, the gel cast rapes my volume so i just air dry
