Its a barbed string, that you insert inside your skin using a special syringe, and then you pull on it, and because its barbed it grabs the skin and lifts it. Essentially pinch your eyes a little up and out and thats the effect it will give.

They are semi permanent, clav did a year ago and shit he still got hunter eyes. Results usually fade but last prominentaly 12-18 months.
