no proven studies but there are some trustworthy doctors claiming breast implants cause cancer, immuno problems etc.

eppley claims that breast implant jelly like soft implants and we know that that jelly implants meltdown after years (there are some legit videos on youtube showing melted implants) so they might cause problems due to blood infusion.

hard implants like jaw implant don't melt/dissolve.

it's a controversial topic tbh.

That's kind of what I assumed: Breast implant risks are related to the softer material + the softer tissues they're inside + much greater surface area compared to facial implants.

Melted breast implants could be from old implants that had to be changed every 15 years I think

idk about cancer but afaik testicle temperature affects hormone production so it's probably not a good idea to have your balls wrapped in silicone
