there are really no deductions in misc, maybe his skin sometimes but seems like he fixed it. I was considering even pushing it higher.
angularity isnt too high, his angularity is pretty decent in most of the lighting. Noone has good ang in bad lighting

his undertones are fine, he has very mild redness thats unnoticeable, undereye region is ideal, temples isnt misc, assymetry is cope for the most part, lash tilt is even a bonus in his case as majority of people have downturned ones.

I mean if we take miscoscopic flaws obv we will be able to find everything but in social interactions the flaws are mostly unnoticeable to the human eye so there is no point in deducting for it
