I would say Mbappe is a Mid MTN so relatively above average.

If we ignore the fact he's rich and famous, which is by far the bulk of his SMV, then he's a 5/10, maybe 6.5/10 by virtue of having a very fit 177.8cm body+having lightskin halo. If he has good PUA skills and a good sense of style, he could bump up to slightly over 7/10 and score a black stacy at a bar or club at least once a week, and sometimes the occasional nonblack stacy.
