I also fall victim to a horse face and I don’t believe there are any surgeries shortening the length of the midface itself however orbital box osteotomy will change your midface ratio but not the actual length of the midface. You probably wouldn’t need this as you seem like you have a normal ipd without the lense distortion

Low MTN, if your looking for improvement scroll through the "Best of the Best" lots of stuff you could add into routine or stuff in general to improve. Also before you post again make sure you read the "How to get a proper rating" so you could get a proper rating next time. Good luck

Your mtn as tbqh but I don't think reaching chad is possible and I'm not trying to knock you down but how are you gonna widen your midface shorten it get hunter eyes and perfectly square compact orbits like Tyler Maher

nah it was only for the photo , i don't really struggle with girls talking to me and vise versa tbf but i am very approachable and got that rizz irl

because i want to ascend my looks and my skin is very bad e.g acne on my neck and back? and to maximise my health , skin and maximise my knowledge... u can NEVER be perfect . that is why

There are attractive men with a long midface such as Adrian brody, however his harmony is practically impossible to achieve. How girls find him attractive yet he has the worst nose I’ve seen combined with a long midface similar to ours
