pheno isn't that good but you actually have a decent face although it is very overly compact, the lip to nose distance is terrible. eyebrows also aren't the best shape and are a bit too sparse and not dark enough. like MTN tho, can't see the side. would be HTN if face wasn't so compact

dont cut yourself dumbass lol/ you can't really fix overly compact face apart from hairstyles, i'd grow it out so it looks longer on the top and makes your FWHR look longer. also keep sides short, you don't wanna have a lot of hair there with your face shape. its not the end of the world tho, jordan barret has an overly compact face, most people don't care lol.
