B nice to me, ik i need to grow up im tryna start LM early so benefits of puberty are multiplied feel me

rating you won't really help you but i'll give you some advice:

-keep eating as much as you can and keep foods clean (high protein low processed sugar)
-get 8+ hours of sleep a night
-get a haircut

ur not gonna have a developed face until you're almost done with puberty but right now you're health indicators look messed up so make sure to live a healthy lifestyle and maybe get a gym membership this summer. also if some retard on here tells u to hop on growth hormone or peptides don't do it you look fine

i mean do what you want but ur hair looks kind of ridiculous rn. also for your own sake please dont get caught up in this bp stuff at a young age it will give you a really poor outlook on life just continue improving and if you keep up healthy habits you'll be a mogger in a few years

You should be gymaxxing, eggs and red meat daily, carbs before your lift to fuel it. Good sleep every night for that proper GH release. Practice procure tongue posture like your life depends on it and chew hard foods or gum consistently. And pray to Gandy for a good puberty whilst you do what I told you
