I just started smashing my zygos and seeing decent improvement. I currently have braces but I’m gonna see if I can get a palate soon. Should I fraud witb colored contacts? My brother is 18 and he has a lot more bonemass than me so I might just wait till I get a lil older for bonemass. Let me know what I should do.

do not bonesmash the “improvement” what you are seeing is just blood flowing there overtime it will close your structure early if you want more bonemass get hgh and roids mk7 can help alot too but overall just let puberty do its magic
