I just got off a 7 hour hike that was 15 miles long, I summited a mountain so a lot of the trail was really steep and snowy. I weighed myself this morning at 172 and weighed myself again in at 166. Today was a somewhat rough day so I just hiked all day after a long tennis practice. tbh I could go longer it just got dark.

Hate to break it to you bro, but being that tall at a young age comes with a price with the excess growth hormone and your face. Can't lean down since your still in puberty, your going to be tall asf though so just go for height diggers. MLTN

If he loses weight, would that fuck up his puberty/growth since he has to be at a deficit. This is why being fat in childhood is never optimal
