I get made fun of for how i look alot, my friends bully me for being ugly. Girls look at me laugh in groups, ill do anything to look better, im currently focused on losing weight. All i want is to not be made fun of for being ugly, is there any way i can look better? Im planning on using mse expanders for my narrow maxilla and herbst for my recessed chin, i can get surgery when i grow to about 16

Honestly the main thing screwing you up is maybe the aft or bloat on your face. Lose that (safely at your age) and that'll be a bigger upgrade than you may think. Just eating good, sleeping well and getting exercise and letting puberty do its thing will fix everything, you have little worries bro.

herbst will recess your maxilla, just get implants / filler once you turn 18, 16 is much too young for surgeries as you haven't even finished growing
