Any suggestions on how to improve?

- Right now for your age I recommend you start weight training soon
-work on getting a thicker neck to improve masculinity (you will naturally get a thicker neck as you get older but work on this while your young I wish I did)
-Your eyebrows are very thick which is good I assume when you are older you will have good facial hair structure
-Look into facial excursises to slowly melt that young baby fat on the face.

Alright, I’ll start doing facial exercises and am already doing neck exercises. By the way, what would you rate me?

You look pretty good for an ethnic 14yo, just make sure to eat well, get plenty of sleep, and socialize at ur age, dont get sucked into all this
