im open to any surgery suggestions or what steroids to take in my teen years
I know i can use accutane to fix my skin but i heard it nukes your DHT levels like crazy and closes growth plates so i am going to avoid that
Even tho im eating healthy my acne did improve but it didnt go away. Any skin suggestions?

And what can i take to gain muscle without gaining any fat? I hate bulking as a natural cuz it makes me look all bloated and ugly n shit
I dont care if it makes me die when im 30 or 40 something aslong as its a good cycle that works and isnt pricey
