prime time to start is during puberty
Nigga no one needs to state the obvious. During puberty just eat a normal diet and grow up. Once your finished puberty and your still average then u can look into surgeries and fillers

hit the gym you'll be so jacked at 18 if u start now. I think u could grow out your hair more. ur average rn so don't obsess over this looksmaxxing thing puberty will likely ascend you

ltn get a SPE which will fix your narrow jaw and it will fix your narrow mouth too grow out ur hair eye your eyebrows grow ur eyelashes thats all the safe things i can say you can do rn

2. play a sport and get good at NT hobbies
3. have good skin health
4. dont fuck up your diet and eat healthy from now (you wouldnt want puberty fucking your skin up)
5. start mewing and get health checkups regularly

i play basketball every day after school (not for a team i just play as a hobby but im decent) i play for like 2 hours every day and i can go to the gym but how should i find like a starter routine?
 
starter routine for gym? if you're a beginner, just do something like UL workout split, you will find plenty of videos in YT and later after you get the hang of it you could transitioning into something more intense like a brosplit or PPL. maybe persuade one of your friends to join with you.
also if you play basketball for 2 hours, make sure to eat enough and get as much protein as you can
