ok do u have any reccomendsations for like gym split or diet
hey man with the whole diet thing try to eat more wholefoods yknow and make sure to eat lots of meat for protein and fruits as well dude but only when they are in season and youll drop weight super duper fast. sleep good as well dude sleeping is very good for you and also start playing some sports man from the look of it youd be a good prop in rugby union and itd help you get fitter

Its to early to ask for a rating right now.
Hit the gym and eat whole foods and come back in half a year, leaner hopefully.
 
nigga you're sub3 rn, hit the gym and leanmaxx for now. aim to hit 1g of protein per pound of your goal bodyweight and do Upper/Lower 4 times a week
 
You are currently sub3 honestly but that doesn’t mean you cannot ascend these gymcell talking about working out which is a factor of it but it’s only 50 percent that’s going to help what I see is rescesed maxilla, recession in the lower jaw with a very ressced chin and ressced infra orbtials and orbital vectors you also have very thin eyebrows and lips but ngl if you ever wanna touch htn your going to have to hard max wether you like it or not
 
Sub 3 but just practise good habits through puberty you’ll be good my g 👍
