His bigonial width, midface ratio, iaa and canthal tilt are all ok. He has good health indicators. Mmtn doesn't always mean some cheek biting jeet

You can get commissuroplasty + lip vermilion reduction to fix your mouth/nose ratio

naw man i shaved the hair it kinda looks bad it did my midface kinda longer ( illusion to it )
