You looks to be around 22%bf and you probably store most of your fat in your face.

You also need to build muscle and fix your pelvic tilt.

Check for stretches online. Train your posterior chain, abs, and hip flexors.

The risk is not a health issue but the cosmetic scar. The scar may never fade and it can make your lip area look worse off.

The psl ranking is mostly based on facial harmony. This doesn’t mean they're unfixable, as most failos have a hardmax solution
