get good vitamins/diet, d3+k2+calcium whatever tf supplement it if you have to although from a natural source

dont overtake because you piss out like 90% of that shit

if you are getting prescribed test and growth hormone use it in moderation dont ask for more than you already need

not experienced rating wise, minoxidil on the eyebrows could help but don't listen to the guy saying you're 15 and allat, i think being 5'3 is more of a concern than your face ngl.

do you know your father's growth charts? you could just be a very late bloomer (ex: nick kroll went into highschool 4'11, finished 5'9) otherwise i'd hop on hgh and an ai asap

qingdao sigma chemicals will give you 1,000IUs (10x100) for like 440 bucks, expensive initially but pays off later with bone density + potential height gains (hgh isn't entirely cope because you can still build mass with it)
