not much. you could train your neck since its so thin. look into keratin treatments to straighten out hair.

lmtn, you can do nose thinning with hydrocortisone but I don't recommend unless you're super adamant. Try fixing double eyelids idk how maybe better sleep

I don't think u need to straighten hair, just find a good style for your hair type
