Your surgical base isn't very strong, so there's not much you can do there (canthoplasty, maybe?)
Your eye area is your weakest
I guess just max out your misc, although it's fine already

i have a source its not that expensive like 0.60cents per iu. i reccomend starting off slow taking 8iu per day at night and working your way up to 13 to 18 iu per day. depending how much side effects you get and if you get carpal tunnel.
