Rate me 15 don't know where to start

made way too many rate me threads now but I've never really got any clear advice.Flaws that I can see are my enormous upper third,small chin,small and narrow jaw,long midface,narrow mouth and thin lips.
Height 6 foot 1 inches.
Let me know if there are any botb threads that would help me.

lip filler when im 18-19 is the current plan I don't plan on going the surgical route for my jaw but im not sure on how I can improve it right now

youre mouth isnt even necessarily narrow, your lips just make it look terrible, definitely get filler. For jaw as of now just let puberty help
