Alright bro, its not great right now. Your like a lltn. Your lower third is fucked and your downward grown, i dont know your myofunctional habits now, but they must have sucked when you were younger. Your maxilla is clearly recessed and too narrow, your facial width to height ratio is terrible. But I'm not gonna be an asshole and not tell you what to do. Firstly there is literally no point in peptides and they can't fix what you have. I would start wage slaving right now in order to afford mse cause you are one of those rare cases where you need mse and double jaw surgery. In the mean time max out your health indicators, eat good, sleep good, get time in the sun. There are some minor tweaks you can do to make your lips longer, fix your eye area but double jaw surgery/bimax would be the best possible thing for you

I can see ure midface is wayy to narrow and ure pretty downgrown too. If ure done developing go get a bimax or look into orthopedic procedures and consult ure dentist with them. Try larp ure way through
