I know my maxilla is slightly recessed, working on that tho. Any tips to achieve forward growth faster? I really want to try natural ascension first but maybe after 18 I will do surgery if iam still chopped

If you’ve past your puberty and growth plates fused then there isn’t anything you can do naturally but if they’re still open maximizing hormone levels may help bone growth but its genetics after all

I am still in puberty, but how would I improve my hormone levels? I already work out 6x a week

Lmtn, would need bimax for reccessed maxilla, fat grafts for infraorbitals. You could also throw in custom jaw implant to fix gonial angle, but its not necessary.

Isn’t there a way for me to change my maxilla naturally rn? The infraorbitals thing is something I can’t find anywhere, could you maybe explain that?

I know that at least iam trying everything but may do later in my life. Not yet if I could somehow slim it out or something

Yeah im not sure how much you can do naturally for a nose that wide I dont think nose slimming things work aside from just getting leaner
