Side profile is pretty good, the front is slightly worse, I'd say his eye area is a bit weird but other than that he looks fine, when he grows up I think he will look better but at 15 you still have a lots of face fat that you will lose naturally, at this time I say 5.5/10 (slightly above average) with possibility maybe to push 7 if you grow taller
