Are you gay, by any chance? Lose the earring, stop putting glowy stuff on your skin, and your hair is too bleached go for more of a dirty blonde. Stop pouting and grow your hair out.

improve upper lip using hydrolonic acid or whatever the fuck its called, grow ur hair out it has nice color and texture it would look more striking if u grow it out, try increasing eyebrow width by brushing them or smth other than that just eat good and u will look better with age
