low dose accutane 5mgs a day/eod for like 1-2 years. get tretinoin 0.025-0.05% azelic acid. and ghk and a good moisterizer

this before sleep: La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5

bepanthen for dry lips leave it sit over night it looks white.

and in morning use avene moisterizer u can use beef tallow but its just protection not moisterizyng ur skin and repairing it​
