hi, rate me brutal, I'm 15,5m, 90 kg, 14,5% bf now, on last 2 photoes I'm kinda bloated and 2 weeks ago, now I'm cutting and eating clear food to help me clear my acne, it getting better

Lose fat, fix skin, fix hair, your also recessed very visibly so if you really care then look into haw surgery
