focus on fixing gonial angle and pin the ears

decent base, id personally try make them eyebrows longer they seem too short for your face, derma roller + topical minoxidil and thats not even guranteed, definately grow out the hair, find your own style. maybe diy mouth width lengthing? and unlucky ear size and shape but thats least of your worries. could also hop on accutane low dose since theres minor acne and should reduce nose width

thanks, i used to have longer hair which complimented me better but my barber messed me up so I guess it’s just a waiting game for now

yeah hair here suits you alot better, geniunely not much bad about you. from the front the nose width and tip are biggest issues. hydrocortisone or low dose accutane should fix that, 2weeks - couple months timeline. the longer hair also hides the ears abit more so great fraud.
