Yeahh if you still box don’t change it, use that for boxing you don’t want teeth moving around, but if you are using it for the purpose of inflating the skull don’t use it, just get a new one that isn’t molded, molded =teeth not moving= no progress. the bigger the space (height) it adds between the teeth the better, make sure it’s flat and it doesn’t lock the teeth (like the one you molded)

The idea of using a mouthguard is to add height. As cutecoolnerdyboy said, if you mold the mouthguard to the shape of your teeth, you'll lock the occlusion into the one you currently have and probably won't do anything. Check out his profile; he has a guide on that.

As of lately I don’t recommend it anymore it’s too small, just buy reviv or reviv 2.0, reviv 2.0 is only 80 bucks, around similar price for 3-1, and yes it’s noticeable since it’s a mouthguard, you can dm on ig or on here btw, also, I recommend wearing it 3-4 hours or how ever long you can during the day, all night while sleeping, but if you don’t want to wear a mouthguard during the day, eg school or work, you should get this,

Do I avoid getting braces then and rely on this as they basically try to fix what braces do? My teeth are cooked and I can get braces free in December, and I can probably push for a palate expander (I’ll ask for a skeletal borne one and not a tooth borne). Should I all-in on this and hope it corrects or do I just get braces? (I obviously can’t wear with braces) and if I deny braces then I’ll have to pay in the future. Could probably get free bimax or something under NHS if I wanted so what should I do? Well, here’s the thing? I’m not going to say to do something or not, but I don’t recommend getting anything, not even a palate expander. It’s your choice, but I personally wouldn’t get anything, overtime the mouthguard will not only correct teeth but the whole skull in general, and in a year or two wearing it constantly you will see how much your whole face has changed, I’ve changed greatly in these two months like unrecognizable, my ig is cutecoolnerdboy btw.
