You do not need to pin to slim down to 15% bf, 15% bf is still chubby.
All you need at your age is nutritious good food.
Have some self control and you'll be fine.
There is no telling what you'd look like at 18 right now.

I’ve already been optimizing myself pretty well but 15% bf is good I believe just so I don’t look as much as a chud

Hes meant to have a fatter face as hes young, that's what all youth is, looking youthful and fat in the face helps that.
