You definitely look good, but you ASAP need to see an orthodontist. 15 is a good age to avoid surgery.

This is truly excellent, Mirin. It means that with the right amount of weight, growth will progress and the problem with the overly sharp angle of the lower jaw will disappear. You already have moggers treate, the distance between your eyes is one eye, and the length of your nose is also the same. All that's left is to build bone mass, but that's puberty by 25.
Cl-chad's potential

no, it’s a structural issue, how would doing any of what you said help it

you probably saw on tiktok that they restrict growth but did no actual research
wasn’t talking about growth but do whatever you want man :lul:

Simply put, from infancy to puberty, bone tissue needs to be constantly stimulated to develop through chewing. The position of the tongue and soft tissue pressure (cheeks and overall body posture) also play a role. The sooner you address these issues, the better. You may have infraorbital issues (black circles) that correlate with your narrow lower jaw and poor forward growth.
Overall, braces are a great way to properly direct the load on the jaw, which impacts future health. The key is to avoid removing any teeth.

I recommend this because it covers all teeth completely, meaning full pressure on all teeth. + this exerciser is not hollow inside, which simulates solid food

But you shouldn't take a harder version of this trainer, as it can lead to problems with the jaw joints. There are different versions with different loads. It seems like the white one corresponds to the load when chewing hard food, but do your own research:feelshah:
